dental assistant program
WestCoast College is pleased to announce
we are the first and only private college to be accredited in the Lower Mainland by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of Canada.

Certified Dental Assistant
This 11 month, 30 hour per week program consists of comprehensive clinical and academic course-work which prepares students for a career in Dental Assisting. This program is held in our fully functioning Dental Clinic in South Surrey.
Throughout the year students will have the opportunity to obtain solid dental knowledge, develop and then practice the specialized clinical skills required to be a highly functioning member of a dental health care team.
In the clinic students have an opportunity to perfect their clinical skills while initially working on their classmates, family and friends, progressing to working in our public dental clinic and concluding with an offsite clinical practicum in a Dental practice arranged by the Dental Faculty at West Coast College.
