As of November 30, 2005, the Commission on Dental Accreditation of Canada accredited the Certified Dental Assistant program at West Coast College. This is the first ever private program in the Lower Mainland to receive this prestigious designation.

Congratulations to our
Community Support/Justice Worker program. This program has been awarded the addition
of an FAS/E certification in conjunction with
Red River College in Manitoba. West Coast College is the only school
in the Lower Mainland to be awarded this opportunity. Individuals receiving this certificate are highly sought to work
with Fetal Alcohol clients in any number of highly funded programs.
Our graduates are widely recognized by employers as having both the clinical/practical skills required to be
successful and the initiative and positive attitudes that make them sought after employees. Hundreds of our graduates
are now successfully working throughout British Columbia.
